What does the discovery call cost?
Nothing. The discovery call is free and runs about twenty minutes. It's a real conversation about your operation, not a sales pitch. By the end we both know whether there's something worth pursuing.
What is the Assessment and what does it cost?
The Assessment is $750. We go deep into how your business runs and deliver the Opportunity Map: a written report showing every workflow worth optimizing or automating, what each one is costing you in real dollars, and which fixes matter most. It's delivered within a week and it's yours to keep. If you move forward with a build, the full $750 credits toward it.
Why pay for an assessment instead of getting a free quote?
Because a real answer takes real work. A free quote is a guess. The Assessment is a documented, dollar-backed look at your actual operation that you keep regardless of what you decide. It's the difference between an opinion and a plan. And if we don't find something worth fixing, we'll tell you so plainly.
What does a build cost and how long does it take?
Focused Builds start at $3,000, fixed price, quoted from your Assessment so there are no surprises. Most builds take about three weeks. We always aim to deliver faster, but we'd rather set a real timeline and beat it than rush and cut corners.
What if I go through the Assessment and decide not to build?
That's fine. The Opportunity Map is yours to keep, including the quick wins you can act on yourself. There's no obligation to continue. Plenty of value sits in simply knowing where your operation is leaking time and money.
I don't really understand AI. Is that a problem?
Not at all. You don't need to understand AI. You need someone who understands your operation. Our job is to find where it fits and build it, then hand you something simple that works. You run your business; we handle the technical side.
What kinds of businesses do you work with?
Owner-operated businesses across South Dakota and the Northern Plains. We work with optometry and dental practices, medical and healthcare groups, law firms, accounting offices, insurance agencies, roofing and construction, HVAC and home services, real estate, and hospitality. If your business runs on relationships and you're holding a lot of it together yourself, we can probably help.
What does "optimize before you automate" mean?
Automating a broken process just gives you a faster broken process. Before we automate anything, we make sure the underlying workflow is sound. Often fixing the process is most of the win, and the automation simply locks it in.
Do I have to sign a long contract?
No. The Assessment and a Focused Build are one-time engagements. If you later choose a Growth Retainer, we recommend a three-month minimum so the work has time to compound, but you're never locked into a long-term contract to get started.
