About the Assessment
We schedule a one-on-one interview — in person when possible, or by phone or video depending on your location. We ask questions about how your business operates day to day. What your team spends time on, what is frustrating, what is repetitive, and where things fall through the cracks. That conversation becomes the foundation for your report.
A written breakdown of every automation opportunity we identified — organized by priority and impact. Each recommendation shows what the solution is, why it fits your specific operation, and what it is worth in time saved and dollars recovered per month. Plus 3-4 actionable solutions you can implement yourself immediately, and a long-term automation plan showing what is possible if you want to go further.
You will have it within one week of your assessment session.
No. The report is yours to keep regardless of what you decide. Some clients implement the recommendations on their own. Some hire us to build it. Some file the report and come back later. All three are fine.
That is exactly why the report exists. You will know what the opportunities are, what they are worth, and what it would take to act on them — so when the timing is right you are not starting from scratch.

Nothing. You do not need to understand the technology. You just need to know your business — we handle the rest.
No. The goal is to take the repetitive, time-consuming tasks off your team's plate so they can focus on the work that actually needs a person. We do not automate work that requires human judgment — if the relationship or expertise is the differentiator, we do not touch that touchpoint.
The numbers are built from the specific information you give us during the interview and published performance data from the tools we recommend. They are conservative estimates based on your actual workflows and rates — not generic industry averages.

We are based in the Black Hills of South Dakota and serve businesses across SD, ND, MT, WY, MN, and NE. In-person assessments are available across the region. The entire process can also be done remotely.
